Two Session: February 11th and 25th
from 3 to 5pm EST.

Building a Culture of Leadership Within Congregations

A two-session course for ministers and faith leaders ready to strengthen how their congregations and ministries identify, develop, and support leaders. Drawing from faith-rooted organizing, organizational development, and leadership formation, participants will:

  • Assess their current leadership culture
  • Uncover untapped potential
  • Design practical strategies and structures for sustainable leader development

The course includes a pre-course diagnostic, an Application Laboratory, and a post-course 1:1 debrief for action and accountability.

What can actually be accomplished in two sessions?:

  1. Leadership Culture Snapshot – pre-course diagnostic outputs: anonymized cohort roll-up + a per-team one-pager highlighting strengths, gaps, and starting questions.
  2. Concrete lenses and frameworks for scouting and cultivating leaders, running purpose driven teams where formation/belonging is cultivated.
  3. 6–12 Month Leadership Roadmap & Debrief – a practical plan with quick wins, metrics, owners, and timelines, followed by a 30-min post-course debrief and a 1–2 page memo translating insights into next actions.
